COVID-19 safety rules in the Amber Forest

Ensuring security in the facility

  1. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in the reception area and in sanitary facilities,

  2. We provide the possibility of purchasing protective masks at the reception.

  3. In the sanitary facilities there are instructions for washing hands, taking off and putting on gloves, taking off and putting on a mask, and in the case of dispensers with disinfectant - instructions for proper hand disinfection.

  4. We provide equipment and resources and monitor the daily cleaning work, with particular emphasis on disinfecting touch surfaces - handrails, door handles, light switches, handles, handrails for chairs and flat surfaces, including table tops

  5. In work rooms and dining rooms, the required spatial distance between staff and visitors (minimum 2 meters) must be respected.

  6. Ongoing disinfection of general toilets, door handles, handrails, handles, telephones, computer keyboards, devices in break rooms and other frequently touched surfaces.

  7. After each stay, all tactile surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, and houses and tents are thoroughly aired.

  8. Cleaning staff equipped with a disposable mask, gloves. Bed linen is washed at a minimum temperature of 60 ° C with detergent. Washed and delivered in a sanitary regime.

  9. It is forbidden to use blow dryers in sanitary facilities.

  10. In case of disease symptoms, we introduce isolation in any of the clients - a separate house prepared especially for this purpose.

  11. Telephone numbers to the sanitary and epidemiological station and medical services are posted at the reception desk.

  12. A maximum of 30 people can stay in the field kitchen area at the same time. We keep a 2-meter distance between people.

Preventive procedures: suspected coronavirus infection at the employee / operator

  1. Obligation to familiarize staff with the implemented protocol related to the COVID 19 virus (providing the most important guidelines and obligations in this regard).

  2. Employees and service staff are instructed that in the event of disturbing symptoms they should not come to work, stay at home and call the sanitary and epidemiological station, infectious ward, and in the event of deteriorating health, call 999 or 112 and inform, that they may be infected with the coronavirus.

  3. Ongoing tracking of the information of the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the Minister of Health, available at gis.gov.pl or https://www.gov.pl/web/koronawirus/, as well as applicable law.

  4. In the event of an employee performing his tasks at the workplace, disturbing symptoms suggesting infection with coronavirus, we immediately remove him from work and send him home by individual transport. We suspend accepting customers and notify the appropriate poviat sanitary and epidemiological station.

  5. The employee should wait for transport in a designated room where it is possible to temporarily isolate him from other people.

  6. Determining the area in which the employee moved and stayed, carrying out routine cleaning in accordance with plant procedures, and disinfecting the touch surfaces (door handles, handrails, handles, etc.).

  7. It is recommended to follow the recommendations of the state poviat sanitary inspector when determining whether to implement additional procedures taking into account the existing case.

Procedures to be followed in the event of a suspected person / client being infected with coronavirus

  1. If there are clear signs of the disease, such as persistent cough, malaise, or breathing difficulties, the guest should not be allowed to enter the premises. He should be instructed to report to the nearest infectious ward as soon as possible for consultation with a doctor, by going there with his own transport or by calling 999 or 112.

  2. Temporarily isolating the guest in a dedicated room, notifying the medical dispatcher of suspected infection and reporting the incident to the management of the facility, which will allow the staff to determine the area in which the person moved and stayed, to carry out routine cleaning in accordance with the facility's procedures and to disinfect the touch surfaces (door handles, handrails) , handles etc.).

  3. Establishing a list of employees and customers (if possible) present at the same time in parts / parts of the facility where the customer stayed and recommendation to follow the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspector available at gov.pl/web/koronawirus/ and gis.gov. pl files relating to people who had contact with the infected.

  4. Suspending the reception of guests, informing the competent local poviat sanitary and epidemiological station and strictly adhering to the instructions and orders issued.

Ensuring the safety of employees / service

  1. Establishing tasks and processes that usually require close interaction and defining ways to modify them to increase physical distances between employees and maintain work safety in accordance with applicable law (at workplaces minimum 1.5 m).

  2. Dividing job shifts to increase the safety of employees who are currently on the campsite.

  3. Reducing the number of employees using common areas at the same time, eg staff canteen, cloakrooms, etc. In these rooms it is recommended that the number of people using them allows keeping a social distance of at least 2 m.

  4. Recommendations for employees:

    • Before starting work, it is obligatory to wash your hands with soap and water right after coming to work.

    • Keep a safe distance from the interlocutor and colleagues (2 meters is recommended).

    • Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water according to the instructions at the sink and disinfect dry hands with an alcohol-based agent (at least 60%).

    • When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or a tissue - throw the tissue into a closed bin as soon as possible and wash your hands.

    • Try not to touch the areas of the face with your hands, especially the mouth, nose and eyes.

    • Make every effort to ensure that the workplace is clean and hygienic, especially after the end of the working day. Remember to disinfect touch surfaces such as the telephone handset, keyboard and mouse, light switches or desks.

    • Regularly clean common areas that customers come into contact with, e.g. door handles, handrails, table tops, chair backs.

    • Avoid commuting to work by public transport, if possible.

  5. Providing, as far as possible, airing of non-air-conditioned rooms.

  6. Limitation to the necessary minimum of internal meetings and deliberations; meetings should be held with the windows open, maintaining the distances between people recommended by sanitary services (minimum 2 m); preferred contact by phone and e-mail.

  7. Limiting the use of common areas by employees, including:

    • introducing different hours of breaks,

    • reducing the number of employees using common areas at any given time (e.g. by spreading meal breaks).

  8. Particular care for employees from groups more exposed to epidemic risk - if possible, not involving people over 60 years of age and chronically ill in direct contact with the client.

  9. Obligation to use personal protective equipment by suppliers in accordance with the current legal regulations.

  10. Preparation of a procedure to be followed in the event of a suspected infection and effective training of employees.

  11. In order to limit interpersonal contacts, it is recommended, where possible, to use for communication, among others. phones, e-mail, etc.
