Bursztynowy Las Centre Rules

§1 General provisions

To ensure a safe stay for Guests staying at the Bursztynowy Las campsite, we have prepared the following rules. By making a reservation, the Customer accepts these Rules, which form an integral part of the rental agreement.
Entering the Centre premises constitutes acceptance of the Rules and consent to the publication of photos and videos showing people staying on the Centre premises.
These rules set out Guests rights and obligations regarding their conduct during their stay at the campsite and the use of the technical facilities and equipment provided.

The hotel day begins at 4:00 PM and lasts until 11:00 AM the following day.
Guests arriving at the campsite are required to complete check-in formalities at reception and pay the amount due for the declared length of stay, together with the local fee and deposit, on the day of arrival. Proof of payment should be kept until departure.
Extending a stay is possible only after confirming availability for the following days with reception in advance.
A departing Guest is required to:
- check out of the cabin or camping pitch by the specified time and during reception opening hours,
- return the cabin key,
- leave the cabin and its surroundings or the camping pitch clean.
If the Guest does not arrive at the reserved place during the first day, the reservation is cancelled.
Only persons who have paid for their stay may remain on the campsite around the clock. Unregistered persons may stay on the campsite until 10:00 PM after their presence has first been reported to the Centre reception.
The number of people staying in the cabins is limited to the number declared during the booking process. Any additional persons must be reported at reception.

§3 Use of the centre and campsite

The location of a caravan, tent or vehicle, as well as the electric hook-up, is determined by a designated member of the Centre staff.
Before leaving the campsite, the Guest is required to clean up and leave the pitch they occupied in an undamaged condition.
Guests of Bursztynowy Las may park their cars in the car park located in front of the Centre, subject to availability.
The Centre management reserves the right to require anyone who seriously disturbs other Guests or fails to comply with the Rules to leave the Bursztynowy Las premises.

The Centre Guest bears financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical facilities caused by the Guest or by people visiting them.
The Centre guarantees tourists the use of facilities whose standard meets the requirements for the facility category. Please report any faults or concerns arising during use of the campsite property to the Centre reception on an ongoing basis.

The Centre is not responsible for cars, valuables or personal belongings kept on the campsite by users and Guests, nor is it responsible for accidents or injuries caused by Guests. Please exercise due care when locking your caravan or tent and secure valuables appropriately.

Rubbish must be disposed of only in designated bins.
Waste sorting is required on the campsite.
It is strictly prohibited to discharge liquid waste anywhere on the Centre premises except in designated places. This also applies to so-called grey water.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day.
Organising gatherings, events, meetings or assemblies on the Centre premises without the written consent of the Centre management is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to withdraw consent without giving a reason at any time during or before such events. Breach of this prohibition is subject to a contractual penalty of PLN 500 gross for each day of the breach.
Management reserves the right to order Guests who disturb order to leave the campsite immediately.
Listening to music that could disturb other Guests rest is prohibited on the Centre premises. Breach of this prohibition is subject to a contractual penalty of PLN 200 gross for each incident
Dog owners are required to clean up after their pets.
For Guests safety, the entrance gate is closed around the clock and opened only for motorhomes and caravans entering or leaving the Centre premises. After a caravan has been positioned, cars must be parked in the car park immediately.
Driving motor vehicles on the Centre premises is completely prohibited. This paragraph does not apply to vehicles used for the Centre business operations.
It is prohibited to:
1. wash dishes and empty camping toilets in places not designated for this purpose,
2. bathe animals in the sanitary facilities,
3. wash vehicles and caravans on the campsite.

If you have any comments or concerns about the standard of services, the operation of the Centre facilities and equipment, cleanliness or order, please contact the Centre reception.
People using grills are fully responsible for any accidental fire and all resulting costs and losses.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rented cabins.
Lighting a campfire without the knowledge of reception staff is strictly prohibited.
